A new Flutter plugin project.

This flutter plugin is for detecting beacons with a particular major of '5' only. Also eventhough the scanning happens continously, when a beacon is detected, the next scanning happens after one hour. The lifecycle of the scanning can be changed as needed from main.dart (in../example/lib/main.dart). The backgound scanning works presently only for android.

This plugin is developed completely at Titan Tech Emirates.
